Sambóa® is the combination of three varieties, Luiza, Venice and Isadora, originating form the Epagri breeding program based in the south of Brazil. They have been selected for their sweet aroma, high juiciness and good crunch. Their excellent shelf life and storage capacity, guarantee to Sambóa® its presence on the shelves all year round.
Sambóa® worlwide
Marketing of Sambóa® is organized as a Global club by the company Rivoira Giovanni e Figli S.p.A., which holds the exclusive worldwide rights (except for Brazil) to produce fruits of Luiza, Venice and Isadora.
Commercial plantations of Sambóa® have started in Italy in 2021. They will be extended to the rest of Europe in the coming years.
